My goal is to bring serenity to the East End (and Manhattan), starting with Your Home.

I, Olha Loza am the president and founder of Organizing the Hamptons LLC. I have worked for a prominent Hampton's real estate developer and a broker for six years, during which time I met various clients who needed professional organization and home staging for their permanent and vacation homes. In early 2019, Organizing the Hamptons LLC was established.

I can offer you something that is intangible and irreplaceable. What can we never get back in life? TIME! I believe that the quickest way to destress your life is to spend less time tidying up, less time getting dressed, less time stressing, less time searching for that second shoe you wore last summer to Tutto Il Giorno. Your time is valuable and I can save some of that time for you. This is why I established Organizing the Hamptons in a market where beauty, quality and time are highly valued and appreciated.

With a Bachelors of Science in Business, Merchandising Management years of experience in Visual Merchandising in New York's fashion industry I fell in love with the magic of beautiful and strategic placement. I aim to bring this into each home I stage and organize. Strategic practicality and a serene beauty are the result of my work in each home I complete.

Through my experience working in development and real estate, I have learned a lot about building and preparing a home. I often give advice on the plans for a custom home to maximize space and daily comfort. I advise and help design kitchen layouts, proper cabinets to optimize the space, closets and more. I am not an architect, but I have worked with many clients who were disappointed in the layout of their home, lack of storage space, or ease of navigating their home. My ideas and designs gave their homes a system which isn't commonly thought of by modern architects and interior designers.
